These guidelines will help you enjoy
your Pilates experience with us
-
Arrive
10-15 minutes early so that you can properly warm up
prior to class. Classes start on the hour, and end 10
minutes before the hour (i.e. an 8:00 class runs from 8:00
to 8:50). That 10-minute period before class allows you to
warm up and be in position when class starts.
-
Wear
comfortable-fitting (not baggy) clothing, such as tights,
leotards, shorts and tank tops.
-
We highly
recommend that class be done barefoot. Personal foot straps
are available for purchase.
-
Drink plenty of water after class.
-
Inform the instructor of any changes to your health
status or of any newly acquired injury.
