"I've been practicing pilates with Valentin for over 6 years. I immediately noticed a difference in my core strength which served me well throughout two pregnancies.

Valentin is extremely knowledgeable at making the necessary prenatal modifications and I continued to train throughout both pregnancies. Continuing my Pilates practice throughout my pregnancies allowed me to gain my core strength back more quickly post pregnancy and get back to pre-baby shape!"

Thanks!

These guidelines will help you enjoy your Pilates experience with us

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early so that you can properly warm up prior to class. Classes start on the hour, and end 10 minutes before the hour (i.e. an 8:00 class runs from 8:00 to 8:50). That 10-minute period before class allows you to warm up and be in position when class starts.
  • Wear comfortable-fitting (not baggy) clothing, such as tights, leotards, shorts and tank tops.
  • We highly recommend that class be done barefoot. Personal foot straps are available for purchase.
  • Drink plenty of water after class.
  • Inform the instructor of any changes to your health status or of any newly acquired injury.
  • As a courtesy to instructors and other members, and to minimize disturbance during class, please turn off all cell phones and pagers.
  • We recommend that you practice Pilates two to three times per week to experience its benefits.
