Join us for 9 25-minute classes for just $99 during the months of June, July and August only.

Take any or all of these extra classes to boost your summer fitness level.  Most of the 25-minute workouts are piggy-backed on to an already existing class or try out new Tuesday and Thursday morning blasts.  Challenge yourself to improve your Pilates lifestyle!

  • Attendees must sign up at the studio in advance
  • All classes begin Sunday, June 6
  • Pay $99 in advance to reserve a spot; available on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Applies only to special Summer Blast Class Schedule for June, July and August
  • This program does not take the place of regularly scheduled classes

Great Balls
Friday 8:30 am

Use the small, weighted, squishy and 12-inch balls to develop your core skills and get that added workout just before the weekend
